Played River's Edge today. Overall, the course is in pretty good shape. The course was still wet from the significant rain Saturday night/Sunday morning. Quite a few bunkers had standing water. The others had very wet/packed sand. Played lift, clean, and place as there was a lot of mud balls and casual water. Not much the course could do as the rain was very heavy and all courses are probably still very wet. The greens putted nice, speed was average. I just wish people would fix their ball marks!!! Many greens had numerous ball marks that had gone un-repaired. This course is definitely worth playing with great views and plenty of challenge. I am not sure I am a big fan of #9 as the second/third shots are kind of tricked up in my mind. Other than that, the design is very good.
